Like anybody who’s trying to publish cassettes in a semi “pro” fashion these days, our release pattern is completely out of whack and this first cassette in a series of 12 is about three and a half months behind schedule. Doesn’t matter really, because we’re just excited to have such a great couple of tracks to kick off the promo series. The North Sea is, of course, a long running moniker of the prolific Brad Rose (aka Charlatan, 1/2 of Altar Eagle, head of Digitalis Industries and Foxy Digitalis etc.). Roe Enney is a mysterious and shadowy figure who’s debut(?) cassette on Phaserprone was one of our absolute favorites of 2011.
As stated previously, this C10 will not be available for individual purchase on our website. This is a promotional item which will be added to customer orders on a first come first served basis while supplies last. The tapes are pro dubbed, imprinted, and packaged in a custom O-card. Once these are gone we’ll have 11 more C10′s from 22 more great artists, so watch this space or our twitter feed for updates!
